Justify how Jerome is a daydreamer?

Jerome enjoyed sitting back and picturing himself in historical times.... he got lost in thought while imagining himself to be King John, as he readied himself to sign the Magna Carta. The Thames is filled with history...... and there were a mutitude of historical stories to relive in his mind.... and relive them he did.
