The Bigg's Boys were the errand boys who worked for the greengrocer. Basically one of the more nasty boys who worked for Biggs stood staring at Jerome, Harris, and the dog. Soon the man from the boot shop joined and many people thought the scene of the protagonists preparing their boat rather humorous.
