Montmorency's contribution to the story comes in the form of humorous anecdotes. Like all pets..... Montmorency is a lovable, furry, friend. None-the-less, he also has the unique ability to get himself into trouble on numerous occassions. These events are marked by the fact that although funny in hindsight, they were anything but funny while occuring.
