What falls apart for okonkwa

By the end of the book, basically everything falls apart for Okonkwo. His rash and often violent impulses get him exiled from his village for seven years. When he returns, the Europeans have changed the social and economic dynamic of the village. Okonkwo feels emasculated and no longer a force to be respected.
