Things Fall Apart

After being sen into exile, Okonkwo and his family are received by Uchendu, his mother's younger brother and the oldest living member of their family in Mbanta. The last time Okonkwo saw Uchendu was at the burial of Okonkwo's mother; Okonkwo was only a young boy. Uchendu is kind and generous. The kinsman of Okonkwo's mother donate some land and a modest quantity of seed yams.
