In Chapter 11, how does Okonkwo behave differently than he does in other chapters?

In Chapter Eleven, we see Okonkwo's paternal traits appear..... he acts in unison with Ekwefi, who has also followed the oracle. In this chapter we see a father concerned about the welfare of his daughter.
