What is Reverend Bulkeley like? Is his use of Scripture effective here?

This question calls for your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. The Reverend supports the Royalists..... something not at all uncommon at the time. The colonies would not break off on their own for many years. The Reverend's use of scripture is a part of his job description.... his chosen vocation. Thus, scripture recitations and prayers for health are the norm.... not the exception.
