The White Tiger

Does Aravind Adiga offer us a solution in "The White Tiger" to the problem of corruption in India?

Ultimately, in order to escape the darkness, Balram has to join in the corruption of India so that he can enter into the light. Does Aravind Adiga offer us another solution though? How can society change so that this doesn't have to be true so that mobility through the classes can still be changed?

he may not offer us solutions, but through irony of the situations and satire he has made us see that the problem of corruption is more complex than we think it to be. it has many layers, and the ones who are against it are in some cases forced to get into it.
