Describe the connection between the wave and thy national Socialism

What is similar? Why did the wave worked so fast? Why did the student like it? Why was it so difficult to stop the experiment?

The wave is modeled after fascism and not socialism. I suppose that all the class being treated equally and working for a common purpose, vs individual purpose, might resemble Socialism.
