What kind of relationship does Kenny have with Joeys?

Kenny is Joeyy's big brother. Much of this chapter has to do with the cold but we can see that Kenny takes responsibility for his little sister. He takes off her layers of clothing at school. Despite complaining that Joey whines a lot, he still loves his sister.
