explain tsotsi's journey towards the recolection of his childhood traumas

I don't think he does recocile his childhood trauma. He takes the baby to the concrete tube that he grew up in. He is still haunted by his abusive father and his mother who was dying of AIDS. The baby and Miriam merely soften Tsotsi for awhile.
