What are the theories that the Time Traveler develops about the relationship between the Morlocks and Eloi?

At first, the Time Traveller think the Eloi were and the Morlocks have a master-slave relationship. Later, he finds that the Morlocks actually tend to the Eloi in the same way we would tend to sheep, goats, and other farm animals..... with the clear intention of using them for food.
