Apart from the people, describe the setting of this future world. How is this world Utopian (perfect, ideal) in nature?

If you are referring to the Eloi, they live in small communities in dilapidated strange buildings. They eat fruit all day and seem to be peaceful. I wouldn't call it Utopian, other than they are peaceful. They lack drive and curiosity. They seem rather stagnant. They have conquered nature through technology which, to some, might be a "utopian" success of man.
