in act three, scene two, kate says "lo, there is mad petruchios wife, if it would please him come marry her" what does she mean by this?

She is actually saying, "There is Pertrucho's wife! If only he would marry her!" She is pointing to another woman insinuating that Petruchio would rather dally with women than marry them.
