A Guide to Good Books

Objective:
Students will be write and think about works of literature that influenced Keller.

Structure:
Consider having students complete a book, essay, story or poem (or part of any one of these) in order to carry out a more extended version of this activity.
In this activity, students will create a guide to the books Keller found relevant throughout her education. Especially in chapter 21, Keller discusses the role certain books play in her life and education.
Have students compile a list of the books that she discusses. Assign each student one of the books from the list....
