What is Lily's inner struggle? Chapter 7

THere are a few inner conflicts going on with Lily.  Lily loves her days, but she hates having to eat dinner with June. Their mutual resentment causes them to ignore each other for most of the meal. Lily is also unhappy about the prospect of sharing August further.
