why would you recommend this book?

I would totally recommend this book. It is a classic. The book is kind of long but you seldom get an accurate fictional story about the French Revolution from the side of nobility.The author gives you a front row seat to the atrocities, heroism and history behind the most brutally famous revolution of all time. The Scarlet Pimpernel himself is mysterious with many disguises. There is intrigue and adventure plus a fair bit of historical reality as well.
