Describe the plot, (list the incidents) of the story. What is the setting, tone, atmosphere and theme of the story?

That's a lot for this space. Still, the setting is in both France and England during the French Revolution. The tone is like a mystery/thriller sort of action. THe theme has to do with concealed identity and rescuing the "innocent". Percy is kind of like the first superhero ever. He is the mild mannered Percy and the daring Scarlet Pimpernel.
