The Scarlet Letter

I know this is suppose to be about TSL with connections with other books but please Carefully evaluate the societies in The Scarlet Letter, “The Lottery,” and The Great Gatsby. Then in a well-supported essay, write an argument prosecuting the society in greatest need of a Band-aid.

I know this is too much to anwser, sorry, but could you sum it up? What do they all have in common that makes them in need of a band aid?

I think that all the stories have variations of third person narrator. Although Gatsby is written in first person, he is a peripheral narrator and acts as a reliable outside source in understanding the story. The societies in each book are very different but we can find commonalities in the roles of women in all three stories. As I mentioned before, this would be a pretty complex essay.
