What are some major events from the Roman Empire?

I have to do my finals and one of them involves the Roman Empire. I have to have 4 major themes from this subject. I just need help that's all I need and that's why I'm asking this question.

In terms of the rise of the Roman Empire, the following were major events;

• Third Macedonian War (171-168 B.C.E.)

•Third Punic War (149-146 B.C.E.)

• the conquest of Greece in 146 B.C.E. following victory against Carthage.
