Why is it significant in chapter 13 that henry asks wilson where hes going to sleep and what hes going to sleep in?

Basically because Wilson has given Henry all his own sleeping supplies. It signifies the sacrifice that his friend is making for him. Henry is thought to have received his wounds in battle. Still Henry is exhausted and goes to sleep.
