How do the tall soldier, the loud soldier, the tattered soldier, and the cheery soldier affect Henry?

Henry initially sees the loud soldier as brash and obnoxious. He later sees him as a friend. When Henry is injured, he finds out who Wilson really is.

The tattered soldier serves as Henry's conscience. All the tattered man had to do was ask him questions, but Henry couldn't handle it. His guilt made him run away.

The cheery soldier is like an angel.... he leads Henry back when he is completely disorientated.
