What amazing qualities do the Lilliputians possess?

Gulliver describes the Lilliputians as "a human Creature not six Inches high, with a Bow and Arrow in his Hands, and a Quiver at his Back." They are the sworn enemies of the Blefuscudians of a neighboring Island. The Lilliputians write diagonally like the ladies of England, they are narrow minded, and they consider lying a capital punishment.
