- Biography of August Wilson
With the advent of internet, there are sites that says learning piano may be done online. I have visited some of these sites and learning to play piano this way is indeed fun. However, can you really learn how to play piano online compared to the traditional way of going to a music school and learning from there?
I have spent quite some time listening to "Un Sospiro" by Liszt and must admit that I find it more of a performance rather than study material. To me it's the kind of music that you would use get people to "notice you". But than again I have listened to Liszt's "Consolation No 3 in D Flat major which I find absolutely stunning. It is a beautiful piece of music. I want to study one of the 2 of these pieces. What would you suggest? Go for the heavy or keep it simple?
