Why is Mary Elizabeth crying at the party during the game called Truth or Dare?

During a party Charlie is playing a game called Truth lr dare with his friends. Efter a while his girlfriend Mary Elizabeth start to cry. Why?

Mary Elizabeth cried because Charlie was supposed to kiss the prettiest girl in the room..... he didn't choose mary Elizabeth, he chose Sam.
