From the way they talk about Charlie's brother,does he have the potential to make it to the pros? Is he good enough? How do you know?

Charlie's brother plays football for Penn State on scholarship.There was a lot of hype about him in the local news but I don't know if he had the drive and talent to play in the NFL.
