Explain Bill's grading system.

Bill gives Charlie a B on his Peter Pan essay, in which he said that Charlie was showing marked improvement on his sense of language and sentence structure. The B was for Charlie, and the grades were kept between Bill and Charlie. Bill always gave Charlie A's on reports that went home to his parents.
