What are some examples of Interpersonal conflicts in the Pearl?

After the Pearl is found there are conflicts which did not exist before. Kino and Juana feel friction. Juana comes to understand the evil the Pearl holds over her husband while Kino holds onto the illusion. The dynamics of neighbours, family and strangers changes in their lives as well.
