His lawyers response was to blow-off the case. He simply didn't show up for the hearings, which angered the judge.
The judge set a trial date. But on the day the judge was scheduled to hear my case, my attorney didn’t show up. The judge set a new date. My lawyer missed it again. The judge set a third date. My lawyer missed that one, too. The judge was angry.
