We Beat the Street

Rameck addressed noise in the dorm, believing that they would all get into trouble. He and Michael were arguing about the noise and attracted a crowd. He yelled for the crowd to disperse, and all but two left.... Rameck took this refusal in addition to the students challenge as a sign of disrespect. His step-brother and friends were warching, and Rameck thought that inaction would make him look bad, so he picked the white boy up and slammed him to the ground.
