How did Rameck’s part time job almost turn into a career?

Rameck was working as a substitute teacher one day per week in order to make extra money. During this time, the Principal of the elementary school where he substituted offered him a job teaching Biology when he finished school.

“We need teachers,” he said. “You’re a young black man about to get a degree in biology. I have a job waiting for you when you finish.”
