Why does Pony realize he doesn't like Dally? Can you explain what he means by this?

Pony realizes he doesn't like Dally because Dally's not like anyone else he knows; he's too real, too human....... far different than the rest of the Greasers. His toughness and lack of fear frighten Pony, as he lacks Soda's empathy, Two-Bit's sense of humor, and Darry's ultimate status..... the super hero.
