Is it fair to descriminate people on what you know and can do

I think we can discriminate on the basis of their behaviour as a group. They do try to intimidate others and show a sense of reckless entitlement. It is unfair to say each individual Soc is this way. We, of course, find that Socs like Randy and Bob have a personal story later in the novel.
