Is Dallas Winston is a good person or a bad person?

Dally is a great character. He is an anti-hero of sorts. He has a hard exterior but is soft underneath. Dally may do bad things but he is essentially a good person. We can see this by his "adoption" of Johnny. He looks out for Johnny like a big brother. When Johnny dies, Dally cannot handle reality anymore.
