Who does Odysseus meet in Book 27 who gives Odysseus a hard time?

While Odysseus and Eumaios are on their way to town, they run into the hotheaded goatherd Melanthios, who taunts Odysseus' beggarly appearance and kicks him. Odysseus restrains himself and soldiers on, but Eumaios curses him.
