What warning of Circe's does Odysseus forget about?

Odysseus doesn't necessarily forget the warning that he and his men are not to slaughter the cattle of the Sun god, but even after his men are told, they do so in Odysseus' absence. This actions leads to the deaths of all of Odysseus' men.... he is the only survivor of the great storm.
