Odysseus tells the Phaeacians his tale about what happened at the
Cicones. His men did the usual plunder thing until the Cicone's reinforcements arrive. Then Odysseus looses something like 6 men per ship. I guess this makes Zeus pretty angry; he sends a storm that throws the ship to the land of the Lotus-Eaters. Here the men get stoned on eating fruit all day until Odysseus has to lock them up on the ship. Fun times!
