Who did you think was more frightening, Ivan or General Zaroff? Explain

Ivan was a large hulk of the man but simple in the head. Zaroff was an expert hunter and very intelligent. Zaroff actually controls Ivan. I think Zaroff is a little scarier than Ivan.
