The Monkey's Paw

How Morris‘s and Mr. White’s view about the monkey’s paw are different. Then explain how these differing points of view add to the suspense in the story.

Sargeant-Major Morris believes the paw should be destroyed before it can do any more harm. Mr. White believes that he should be able to take that chance if he so wishes. These different points of view leave the reader waiting for something to go wrong.... we know that sonething is going to happen with each of the three wishes..... but we don't know what it is.
