The characters' individual names have no consequence, they are referred to in terms of what they represent. There are characters, however, that do have names.
The Leader
The Leader is the main person among the agitators. He is responsible for the strategy.
Karl Schmitt
Karl Schmitt is one of the four agitators. This man is from Berlin.
Anna Kjersk
Anna Kjersk is one of the four agitators. She is from Kazan.
Peter Sawitch
Peter Sawitch is one of the four agitators. He is from Moscow.
