What do the Gladers do when the Grievers come? Do you think they are safe in the Homestead? Why or why not?

In Chapter Thirty-nine the Gladers begin to argue amongst themselves. Gally dies at the hands of a Griever, Minho runs into the fray. The Gladers are not safe, they have to escape.
