Describe Riri’s new boots and why are the special?

RiRi is wearing a pair of pink boots she found at the resort. They are cute and Riri has never had anything like them. She had initially feared they belonged to someone who died, which is how the group gets most of their supplies. French convinced her that some girl probably had so many shoes that she simply forgot them. RiRi initially tries to keep the boots clean, but eventually gives up that idea.
