The lion the witch and the wardrobe

I liked the ending. I really take it as a Biblical allegory so Aslan's death and Ressurection makes a perfect ending. Although sad, through Aslan's (Christ figure) sacrifice gives a sense of hope. CS Lewis leaves enough story for more tales to be told.
