1) Percy's dream begins as he's taking a standardized test in a staightjacket. Zeus' daughter is also present.

2) Percy fell through the classroom floor and ended up back in the cavern.

3) Percy ended up in a throne room surrounded by skeletons and suffering burns from Chimera poison. An "evil voice began to laugh. Hail, the conquering hero!," and then he woke up.
