I work as a K-12 Home & Hospital Special Needs Teacher in a large public school system. The position is viewed as an independent contractor; therefore bare minimum of materials are provided. My role requires working one on one with the most “needy” of students - academically & emotionally. All supplemental materials necessary for such students to succeed are my responsibility; including any expenses incurred. My prize bag always has Hugh protein snacks, limiting funds to spend on lessons/or memberships. Is there any monthly discounts involved for such educators?
