chapter 9 (page 82) , why do you think Mipeng tells Haoyou, “Be glad the gods gave you the gift of clever hands. They certainly held back on the brains.”?

Haoyou wonders how Mipeng talks to spirits when she really isn't a medium. Mipeng obviously makes up what she says about the spirits but Haoyou doesn't clue in that being a medium is just an act.
