Who is Connor and what does Jurgis do to him?

Connor is Ona's floor boss. After finding out what he did to Ona, Jurgis went to find him at the factory. When he located the men, he jumped him, beat him, and bit a portion of his cheek off. Afterward, he smashed the man's head into the floor.
