In chapters 22-24 does Jurgis use the money from begging to drink?

I forget what he does with the money when he goes on the street and begs. I need help!

He does drink with it. At one point a rich stranger gives Jurgis $100 and taks him to his mansion. Jurgis goes to a bar to get change for his $100 but the bartender cheats him out of it.

but then does he spend all of that money from beging on drinks?
