Is Cecily a silly romantic girl?

Cecily is certainly silly and romantic. She has no interest in studying, keeps a journal filled with fantasies, and both makes and breaks an engagement with a man she's never met, a man who actually doesn't exist. Yes, I'd say she is pretty silly.
