What state is Katniss in when the poison works its way out of her system?

As you should already know, Katniss was stung by multiple tracker jackers, while trying to remove the nest, which she was injected with a large amount of poison. I want to know what part of the book she woke up and in what state she woke up, clearly it isn't dead!
